  4. Select Payment: Choose between Cash on Delivery, SSL Bank, or Bkash.
  5. Confirm Order: Click ‘Confirm Order’ and check your email for a Sales Order Summary.

As a Member:

  1. Login: Make sure you’re logged in to your account.
  2. Proceed to Checkout: Confirm your saved shipping details.
  3. Choose Shipping & Payment: Select your preferences.
  4. Complete Order: Click ‘Complete Order’ and check your email for confirmation.

A ‘Sales Order Summary’ is essentially a soft receipt that should be emailed to you within an hour of placing your order. If you don’t get one in your inbox, check your junk/spam mail and if it still isn’t there, just call our Customer Service at +8801743102642 to confirm your order.

The ‘Order History’ section on your Dashboard will give you details pertaining to your previous orders as well the status of your current order with regards to the stage of processing.

  1. Payment Pending Authorization: Your order has been logged and we are waiting for authorization from the payment gateway.
  2. Payment Authorized/Order Processing: Authorization has been received from the payment gateway and your order is being processed.
  3. Order Shipped: Your order has been shipped by Amirá and is on its way through Pathao.
  4. Order complete: Shipment received, and transaction completed.
  5. Order Canceled: The order was canceled, please contact our Customer Service at +8801743102642 if you’d like to retrieve the order again.
