RETURN EXCHANGE REFUND AGENDA

    • When A client receives a product and delivery is complete, he/she has 3 days to exchange size and inform the customer service team about any defect and blemish on the item.
    • The Faulty item might be returned to LEGATO APPARELS CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM within 3 days of delivery. Upon consideration by our team we will inform the customer about the product and if any request of size exchange, damage product and return is applicable.
    • Any product/products purchasing from online, will be exchanged only from online.
    • Once an order has been exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again.
    • If the quality of the product is compromised or discoloration happens within 7 days of delivery, the customer must notify the Customer Service team.
    • Any Exchange or Return issue must be solved under 7 days' duration from the date of delivery. After that time period none party would be able to place any request for exchange or return.
    • Every client must be informed to check the status of the product before they take delivery and place the payment by our delivery service provider.
    • Every customer must be encouraged about on spot return if they find a faulty item or size issue.

    Discount Sales

    •  Return, exchange and refund policy will not be applicable for any discounted product(s). Any discount item once purchased cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.

    Express Delivery

    • To get a same day delivery order needs to be placed before 11 am.
    • Order needs to be confirmed by the customer service team within 12 pm.
    • Product will be delivered to the customer within 6 hours of handing over to the delivery agent.
    • An express delivery charge of TK 300.
    • For accessories, orders need to pay full in advance to process delivery.
