Products and Orders

Product Information

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, there might be variations in color, size, or other attributes due to factors such as screen settings or lighting. We are not responsible for such discrepancies.

Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of incorrect pricing, product unavailability, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

Payment

We accept various payment methods as indicated on our Website. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the specified amount only.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Times

We strive to process and ship orders promptly. However, delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as roadblocks or logistical delays. Usually, we commit to deliver our products within 36-48 hours within Dhaka and 3-4 business days outside of Dhaka.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process. You are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes.

Delivery Address

You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. We are not liable for any delays or losses caused by incorrect address information.

Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy

We offer a return and exchange policy subject to certain conditions. Please refer to our separate Exchange & Return Policy document for detailed information.

Exchange and Return Period

Once you receive your product, you have 3 days to request an exchange for a different size or inform our customer service team about any defects or blemishes.

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty item, it must be returned to the Legato Label Customer Service Team within 3 days of delivery. Our team will review the product and inform you whether the return or size exchange is applicable.

No Re-exchanges

Once an item has been exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again.

Product Quality Issues

If the quality of the product is compromised or discoloration occurs within 7 days of delivery, you must notify our Customer Service team immediately.

Resolution Time

Any exchange or return issues must be resolved within 7 days of receiving the product. After this period, no exchange, return, or refund requests will be accepted.

Pre-Delivery Inspection

We encourage all customers to inspect the product’s condition before accepting delivery and making payment with our delivery service provider.

On-Site Returns

If you discover any issues with the product upon delivery (such as faults or size discrepancies), we encourage you to request an immediate return on-site.

Discount Sales

No Returns or Exchanges for Discounted Products

Please note that products purchased during sales or with a discount are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Once Purchased, No Refunds

Discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased.

Express Delivery

Order Before 11 AM for Same-Day Delivery

To avail of same-day delivery, orders must be placed before 11 AM.

Order Confirmation

Your order must be confirmed by our Customer Service team by 12 PM.

Delivery Timeframe

Products will be delivered to you within 6 hours of being handed over to the delivery agent.

Express Delivery Charge

There is a charge of TK 300 for express delivery.

Advance Payment for Accessories

For accessory orders, full payment is required in advance to process the delivery.
